Support
All products offered at WhyNotBeSecure are
designed for easy installation by the consumer, using the detailed
instructions provided with each
product. We offer free Technical Support via telephone or email to new or
existing customers
for 1 to 3 months or up to 1 year based on what equipment was originally
purchased, from the date of purchase. Technical Support is available Mon -
Sun, 9:00am to 8:00pm EST. We are not responsible for compatibility
problems with systems that require dial tone, so please check with your local telephone company to make sure
that they are providing you with tone dialing, not pulse/rotary dialing. The
dialers we carry require tone dialing in order to dial out the 4
pre-programmed numbers. If you have any questions or concerns, please
contact us first. After the limited manufacturer's warranty has expired, you may purchase additional warranty coverage
to protect your equipment or pay a
flat rate fee per incident for technical support, paid first via Paypal. Please
contact us for extended warranty coverage
pricing. Note: We do not provide technical support for
individuals who purchased products from our competitors.

Warranty Information
Only the
following 2 systems we offer come with a 1 year limited manufacturer's
warranty. which are the Home Wireless 10, 13 & 20 piece security system base
console (black w/dialer) and the Personal Assistant base console (white/beige
w/dialer). If
either of these two devices fail within 1 year from original purchase date,
please contact us via email or telephone as promptly as possible. A contact
telephone number must be provided for us to call you, in order to test the equipment
and determine if defective or not properly installed. We will test with you
before we ask that you ship it back to us. Customers will be responsible for all
S&H costs incurred to ship the device to us and back to them. Upon receiving
the device, we will also test to determine if defective or not. If device is
determined to be defective within the 1 year warranty period, which will be
based back to purchased date, we will replace the
defective device and ship back to you upon receipt of payment via
Paypal for S&H costs. This
will be determined by model, inventory and availability. All of the other
security products we offer, only come with a 30 or 90 day limited
manufacturer's warranty,
so please contact
us with any questions regarding warranty coverage on any specific items of
interest before purchasing.
Any damage to this product as a result of improper installation, misuse,
accident, neglect or any use that violates the instructions furnished by the
manufacturer, will void warranty immediately. This warranty is only valid to the
original purchaser and excludes device purchased from competitors who sell the
same products. We put identification on all equipment which tells us that you
purchased from us and if competitors product is shipped to us, we will only ship
back to customer at their expense upon receipt of S&H charges to return
equipment. By purchasing any of our products, you agree that you will not and
cannot hold us liable for any issues that may arise from the equipment
purchased. We provide detailed information on all of our products to assist in
your decision on purchasing any of the products listed. If you have any
questions before purchasing, we ask that you please contact us first to better
assist you. We reserve the right to make changes to our warranty policies at any
time.
All sales are final, we do not
accept returned equipment, nor offer refunds once purchased and shipped.

If a customer does not agree to our terms, please do not purchase because all
sales are final and we do not offer refunds once purchased and shipped.
If tested and determined
that the device is working properly, we will contact the customer and ship the
same device back at customers expense payable via Paypal only.
If determined by our
technician that the damage was caused by neglect or tampering by the customer,
we will contact customer first
to discuss any costs associated to replace device or equipment. If customer
agrees to purchase a new replacement, that piece of equipment will come with a
limited manufacturer's warranty from original date of purchase. If customer does
not wish to incur cost to
replace the device, the determination will then be made what to do with
defective device. The damaged device will no longer be covered
under any type of limited manufacturer's warranty.
Warning
- Do not remove
the warranty label from the bottom of the Wireless Security System's base
console (black unit) or Personal Assistant's base console. If the base console
is reported to us as being defective and returned to us without our
identification label, it will only be returned to customer after
receiving S&H costs via Paypal at the customers expense. The original 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty will
then be void. We are not the manufacturer of any of the security
products we offer and are not liable for any of the products we offer.
We are not responsible for any
compatibility problems or issues, so we ask that you please contact us first,
before purchasing from the website. If you have questions regarding any of
