Personal Assistant Voice Dialer Security System w/Heart Pendant - I live in an over 55 complex and happened to see this unit at one of my neighbors. I went on the web site, (which gave quite a bit of information) and then called and asked a few questions, which were answered directly and swiftly. I proceeded to speak with several of my neighbors and have since ordered 17 units. I have installed most of them and am very pleased with the simplicity of the unit. I had occasion to call a few times with technical questions and they were answered appropriately. This is a company that provides a necessary product at a very reasonable price and seems to stand behind their product.

This Personal Assistant is for my 87 year old mother who still lives alone. This will give her and the family great peace knowing she is better protected. You are doing a great service by providing products that we all can use, and at affordable prices. I wish you great success in the future.
